Who we are…

As parents we understand the school holidays can be a challenge.

Like many families, we were searching for something a little different from the usual holiday clubs — a place where our children could truly explore their creativity, get messy, and develop their crafting skills in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

When we couldn’t find anything that fitted the bill, we decided to create the kind of art and craft club we wished existed.

Lunar Crafts is built on a shared passion for creative play, hands-on learning, and giving children aged 5–11 a space to make, paint, build, and experiment to their heart’s content.

Every member of our team has Enhanced DBS and meet all requirements for those working with children. At least 2 qualified Paediatric First Aiders will be present at each session.

We are not a childcare provision but are providers of Arts & Crafts skills tuition and as such are not registered with Ofsted or the Early Years Register.

We endeavour to provide an inclusive environment, but we are unable to provide 1:1 support for children with Special Educational and/or Complex Needs. We wish to ensure the safety of all children attending our sessions so it is essential any child attending can work independently, use the toilet unaided and are capable of working safely with craft equipment such as scissors. We are very happy to discuss this so please do get in touch if you believe your child may require further assistance.
